Quit Smoking the Easy Way – Our Experience

xsmokingI am happy to report that last January marks 5 years since I last smoked a cigarette. An accomplishment I am very proud of and I am going to share with others who are attempting to quit smoking but struggling with the task. So if you are a non-smoker you might move on to another site, but then again you might wish to share this site to someone you know that is attempting to quit smoking.
I found that when I decided to quit, created the intention to quit smoking, and focused on the task at hand the solutions came my way quickly.

I was smoking one pack a day at the time, and I was going though a severe chest cold which seemed to a fairly regular event at back then. I also had been smoking for over five decades, yes folks, more than fifty years without ever seriously attempting to quit. So here is my solution to quitting which turned out to be easier than expected.

First I met a doctor that had organized a group of folks that under her supervision had quit smoking using a medication named Wellbutrin. The instructions were one pill a day for three days and then start with two pills a day and continue to smoke. When the third day arrived I had already cut down from 20 to 15 cigarettes a day. I found that I had a reaction to taking the second pill and the doctor said to just stay with the one a day. Within 10 days I was at 3 cigarettes a day and seemed to get stuck at three.

Then one day I was on my Facebook page when I saw a symbol on the right side that was a cigarette with a red crossed “X” over it. I stared at the symbol because I never click on those “pages you need to visit” symbols, but I went with a gut feeling and clicked on it. I then went to a page about quitting smoking by Alan Carr and it led me to a PDF download of a book named “The Easy Way to Stop Smoking” written by Alan Carr in 1985. I downloaded the file and read the book in one sitting. I have not smoked a cigarette since completing the book. (Thank you Allen)

What this book did for me was to point out that all the thoughts about why I liked smoking or why that cigarette with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning tasted so good, or yeah there is a chance of getting cancer, but not me, etc. The answer is those thoughts are coming from your ADDICTION! Yes your addiction is pointing out how much you enjoy smoking and how special you are for smoking without any issues and of course you are so special that cancer is not an option.

So the actual quitting was easy. I found the tough part was about 2-3 weeks later when I felt an urge for a cigarette when a situation occurred that when I was smoking, would smoke a cigarette. I have talked with other people who said this was the part that when they felt some stress, they automatically went back to smoking thinking they would attempt to quit at a later date. My though was “I did not quit smoking to go right back to it!” So what I did was I immediately noticed the situation that was causing the urge and then stopped what I was doing. I sat down and started a simple meditation where I focused on my in and out breath knowing that the urge would pass in about 20 seconds. Sure enough, it did and the next time the same situation came up the urge was non-existent. I did this ever time I had the smoking urge and eventually it was a rare event.

These days focusing on your breathing during a meditation is called “Mindfulness Meditation” and classes on how to do Mindfulness Mediation are being offered by most hospitals across the country (For a fee). Belief System – Death (Physical)

There will be a day when we will be done with our path and our physical body will come to and end.  We don’t know when or how, but because we have experienced a NDE (Near Death Experience) we do know what the other side is like.  We know that our soul will go to the other side and we wish to have our physical body cremated, unless we die in a fire, then it will automatically be cremated.  We also will make sure that our thoughts and last thought will be of God and a peaceful passing.  We have had some close calls throughout our life and each time something always saved us at the last minute.

We believe that it was the work of an earth angel a few times.  When we were 10 years old and stuck in quicksand with a friend, a man came out of nowhere to pull us out.  We were in a place that was desolate and even my friend said he did not see the guy, but all of a sudden, this man pulled us out at the last minute.  We barely had time to thank him and he said he had to go and left.

Then there was the time we were riding in my friends 1964 Corvette and I was sitting in the middle and one friend was driving and one friend was in the passenger seat.  Yes, a Corvette is only a two seat car, but since we were in our late teens and invincible, the middle arm rest seemed fine as a seat.  So we were going down I-94 East Bound at around 120 MPH in the left lane passing a bunch of semi-trucks when one of the trucks ahead decided to pull out into the left lane where we were.  The driver could only do one thing to avoid a collision and that was to turn left and go into the middle grassy separation.  We were throwing grass all over and slowly slowing down when we all saw one of those Police “Turn around” roads coming up soon.  Lucky the “road” had dirt on both sides almost like a ramp.  When we hit it we immediately launched to the right and landed in the left had lane of I-94 like nothing happened.  We got off at the next exit and pulled in to the first parking lot and came to a stop.  On the passenger side there is a horizontal bar over the glove box called a “suicide bar” and we had to pry the hands of the passenger off the bar.  Nobody wet their pants but it made a great story to tell our friends.

There was one time when we had just soloed when I was taking flying lessons and my instructor had me doing touch and goes for practice.  A touch and go is a landing and then without stopping, giving the plane full throttle and taking off again.  It happened to be at Gary Airport and on a right turn out it took me over Lake Michigan for my downwind that day.  Then the tower called me and had me execute a 360 degree turn because another airplane was coming into my air space without permission.  At the time we were about 2,000 feet over the lake and the request shook me up, but we started the 360 to the left and found we were having trouble maintaining my elevation.  We were going down so we gave the plane more gas, but it didn’t help.  We admit we started to panic when we were at about 1,000 feet above the water when all of a sudden we felt at peace, calm, and our mind cleared.  We immediately saw that we had left our flaps down and we knew that we needed to put them up, but we had to do it slowly to prevent a stall.  When we stated bringing the flaps up we started gaining altitude so we cut down on our speed and got the plane under control.  We turned on “base” and then “final” and landed.  I was shaking and got to the terminal as fast as possible.  Just as we stopped our instructor ran up and asked if we were ok?  He heard the tower ask us to do the 360 and knew that we had not covered this yet in out lessons so he ran out to the tower to view or progress.  He said that when he saw us go lower than the building between the tower and the lake we were having an issue and tried to call us on the radio but got static.  The he saw us rise and knew were ok.  I told him it scared the crap out of me and it cured me from keeping my flaps down to long on a touch and go.  We both laughed and we drank about four Pepsi’s down in five minutes.  To this day we love to fly.

We used to fly commercial often and have been on many “Emergency” Landings, but we always had confidence that the pilots we well trained and we knew they were well trained.  Usually the person sitting next to us got very nervous, but we would always assure them we were in good hands.  This always seemed to calm them down.  Every once is awhile before take off the person sitting next to us would ask us to hold there hand because this was the first time they where flying and they were afraid.  We always said yes, of course.  They were mostly ladies because the guys we noticed were chugging down beer during preflight.

Of course there are times we all come close to death but we don’t know it.   So we go on with our great lives and know that God is always watching out for us.  We look at death as the completion of our path in this life and we know that we can take what we learned with us to the next life (See post on reincarnation – May 20).  Recently we were shook up by the suicide of Anthony Bourdain, someone we followed for many years.  In our teaching we have learned that a person who commits suicide will experience the same exact situation as when they passed. Suicide is an issue in the US and there are many organizations that have suicide help lines.  The national Suicide Help line available 24/7 is 1-800-273-8255.  Please call, you are NOT alone and we care about you.

Belief System – Sexual Anxiety

We rarely get emails but after the last post we got a few asking us to talk about “Sexual Anxiety”.  Because this subject can have so many exceptions, we will attempt to keep our belief text short and to the point, so to say, or on “point”, or on subject matter, or what ever.

We are coming for just an average guy point of view and we don’t remember ever having this issue, but we know that some folks do, mainly guys not being able to satisfy their partner more than once.  We can only come from a “guys” view point and this is our opinion.  If you are a “wham-bam thank you babe” kind of dude, then you’re on your own. We consider “making love” a spiritual experience between two people looking to enjoy being with each other.  (More than two partners, then you are on your own).  We suggest that the “couple” make a point to learn Tantric Sex and there are some great sites out on the web. If you are a believer that “sex” needs structure that always starts with foreplay, then the “act”, and then cuddling, go look at Tantric. (By the way folks, there are 64+ positions as stated in the Kama Sutra) Tantric is basically is two people meditating together so as to focus their energy to a common goal that is to satisfy each other sexually.  Of course communication between partners is important.  Once you learn Tantric Sex then you are looking at hours (yes hours) of great sex. Another important factor is be creative and if attempt various enhancements like “toys”, role playing, fantasies, and of course various positions and locations.  The position might vary based on how flexible you are, but hey, it’s might be worth a try even if a trip to the hospital may be the result.  So think before you “go for it” even though you might make the hospital ER’s “Best reason for being here” List.

Locations can be near or far, but remember on “far” make sure the location can be used for more than 30 seconds.  An Elevator might not be a good place and if you hit the “emergency stop” button to buy time, you might have an audience of firemen watching fairly quickly. (If you hear sirens, get off at the next floor.  (By “get off”, we mean exit the elevator run like hell).  If you choose car, then make sure the emergency brake is on and the camera on your dash is turned off unless your partner doe not know about the camera, then you might want to get video for a souvenir or for verifying your performance.  If airplane, be sure the plane is higher than a mile so you two can make the “Mile High Club”.  Private four passenger planes are preferred, but if on a commercial jet either First Class or bathroom are your best shot.  Even better is a commercial jet being moved to a different location and there are not any passengers aboard. Then you can do row by row!  According to the web, 35 rows is the record by a male and female monk who had been sequestered for 10 years.  Of course the “Mile High Club” only counts if you’re on an airplane because if you live in Denver then the entire population would be in the club.  Then again, that might be a selling point to get people to move to Denver. “Move to Denver Colorado and get high and get in the life-time Mile High Club”.

If something feels good, tell your partner, and if not good, tell them.  When you experience a “new” feeling, pay attention to it and absorb it.  Don’t make a “snap” judgment.  Enjoy the experience.  Because there isn’t any structure after about four+ hours, both partners need to once again communicate and decide when to end the experience.  If your partner tends to faint when highly aroused, then we suggest having some of those capsules that snap open and emit ammonia. Hold it under their nose and they should “come to” in a few seconds, a minute at most, but if they don’t awaken, call 911!! (We have used the capsule and they work fine) Pace your self, there isn’t a big hurry to attain complete satisfaction and get that enlightened feeling.  (By the way, we have read that the best time to meditate and go meet God is after both of you are completely satisfied.  We think it’s because you have been focused for hours and the satisfaction has cleared out your mind of any lingering thoughts.).

Hey Guys!  Here is a hint about where to find what you partner likes sexually.  Find out her/his sun-sign, let’s say for example “Taurus”.  Go Google or some other web browser and type “Female Sexual likes for <sun sign>” (Replace “female’ with “male” if required).  You can also compare your sign with your partners sign.  We use this all the time, but remember it’s the basics, and your partner might be more evolved than what results you get.   We think you will really be surprised by how “right on” the results are and we strongly suggest that you save the site as a “favorite place” on your browser.

Memorial Day Weekend 2018 – Missed Watching the Indy 500 2018

The Indianapolis 500 was this weekend and we missed it.  Yes after years of watching we missed and we are nervous about what will be coming our way.  The way things are going in our great country with the Trump ICE Gestapo rounding up immigrants, separating the kids from their parents, and putting this country in turmoil, has us really scared.

You might wonder why we are scared and it’s because we are Hoosier’s and if you were born before 1979 in Indiana look at the bottom left corner of your birth certificate.  In very small print it says “You are required to too watch at least 20 laps of every Indianapolis 500 forever. This is considered a contract and your parent’s signature assures the execution of this document”.  The penalty for missing the race is they will send someone to hunt you down no matter where you are in the world and drag to back to Indianapolis Indiana and in front of thousands (More than Trump inauguration crowd) rip up your birth certificate so that you no longer will be considered a “HOOSIER”!  Our mug shot will be posted at all the 7-11’s in the State of Indiana and we will not be allowed back in the state for any reason.  We will no longer be allowed to sing the State song “On the Banks of the Wabash, Far away”.  Some people think “Back Home Again in Indiana” is the State song, but it’s not.  It’s a song sang by Jim Nabors sang this song at the Indy 500 but he has retired and this year it will be performed by (Not us) a cappella group Straight No Chaser.  (We actually looked this up on Google).

On the positive side we will no longer be associated with a state that Mike Pence was the Governor of and we can start calling the “Indianapolis 500”, the “Indy 500”.  We have a copy of our birth certificate (Just in case) and we will continue to call ourselves “Hoosiers”.  We will of course change our name and move to Lima Peru and become llama herders.  We hear the Andes are beautiful and we might go looking for some ancient civilization that might have left a few billion in gold in a cave just for us to find.  We of course will come back to the U.S.A. when it becomes a democracy again, but until then we will be shaving llamas and we might even get some alpacas.  It would be interesting to mate a llama with an alpaca to see what the result would be.  “Allampaca” could be the new name and hopefully we won’t get thrown out of Peru for this experiment.  If so, we have a Plan B and that would be to move to Sweden where the entire population has healthcare unlike the USA, no guns unlike the USA, no booze (except Vodka) unlike the USA, hopefully no cigarettes unlike the USA, and we could become “Swedish meatball” farmers.  A little know fact is that in Sweden “meatballs” are grown on a farm.  Go Google it (Fox News).  See for yourself and in a few years look for “Swedish Organic Meatballs grown by Hoosier 500” being sold in the Republic of America.

So missing the Indy 500 looks to be a huge benefit and should kick in some really great creation energy and we are looking forward to meeting people from all over the world.  If we are in Peru we can take a tour of the Andes riding our home-grown “Allampaca” or if in Sweden we can gorge ourselves on free-range meatballs.  We do want to take a side trip and go to the Vatican and meet the Pope, only if he will meet us face to face. (We hear he does not usually meet X-Hoosiers).

Belief System / Monday – Get Rid of Toxins and Negativity

We woke up today and after our daily “Mantras to start your Morning – Become Calm and Peaceful Inside“,), which we do everyday and on Monday we make sure to do another meditation afterwards.  This is because of the weekend and with all the negative influences that all of encounter through the TV News, smart phones, tablets, Desk Tops, Radio AM/FM, Smoke Signals, soup cans connected with string, whispers, Hand Signals, Signal Flags, Telegraph, FAX, Walkie Talkies, News Papers, Messages in the Sand, and Thought Transfers.  So this morning we just felt “off”.  Kind of like the Universe is out of sync or tilted.  So we decided that we would look at a strong meditation that would remove negative energy at a deep level in our soul.  So we went to the Negativity Mediation we posted March 29, “Meditation – Practice, Practice, Practice”.  To ensure we were getting the maximum out of this we used the You Tube Video “741 Hz | Get Rid of Toxins and Negativity “. This one digs deep down to inside our soul and gets rid of the “icky gooey tar like negative energy” and we focused on removing this glob with the help of several angels and refilling the empty space with God Energy and LOVE Energy.

We felt so good afterwards that we started send the awesome energy out to everyone and including the reader of this post (Feeling it?), We even are sending long distance to our friends all over the world.

We hope all of you that read our last post are feeling younger today.  We started using it every night before bed and every morning when we wake up.  This is a perfect case where the book we found the recipe for getting younger in Book #1 and that was all we saved before moving on to Book #2.  We are reviewing several books we read over 20 years ago that has a huge impact on our belief system, but because the energy was very different back then, we have modified most of the writings.

One this still in common is that we are all ONE with everything that is and ever will be, and this includes this planet, our galaxy, and all galaxies and planets throughout infinity.  We are including “Aliens”, which is a word we really don’t like because its meaning denotes separation and because e are all one, we are not separated.  We will no use a new term “Our brothers and sisters from other worlds”, “OBSOW”.  We have to tell you the reader that when we typed this we are having a strong feeling of “Deja vu”.  When we get this feeling it tells us that we are on the correct path for of our spiritual journey and because the feeling is “like we have been here before” it is reinforced because it ha been written in The Universal Order of Spiritual Guides.

Okay back to OBSOW some of which have been around for 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 + years and have developed ways to cruise around all over the galaxies.  They have even merged with other OBSOW’s and found our tiny little planet after several billion years after our “Big Bang” when the planet was cooled off and a beautiful place to live, but it was empty.  So they decide to start an experiment and created an atmosphere on the planet that would introduce the creation of living things and they left with the intention of coming back in a few billion years.

We have nothing else to add right now but we will be continuing the “OBSOW” line of thought because this is a special part of our Belief System and we will share with everyone interested.  Might even get into some “Arc of the Covenant”, “Holy Grail” stuff and some little other know events.

Belief System / Healing / Transforming #1

We have always believed that we as part of The Universe can heal and or transform ourselves.  We create our lives and sharing the creation is why we are here.  We learned Reiki so that we could heal ourselves using the energies provided to us by The Universe and wisdom of others we meet along the way.  We do from time to time perform Reiki Healing Sessions on others, but because Reiki Level II allows the sending of energy over long distances, we are often sending healing energy throughout the world and upon request, to individuals asking for healing.

Meditation can be used also for healing.  Right now as we create this post we are listening to a You Tube video “ 285 Hz | Immune System Boost | Heals and regenerates tissues |”.  Back when we first started meditating the sound vibrations were not available like they are now.  This adds a great level to healing in our opinion because it gets deep into our DNA level.  Using visualization, color, and sound gives a much more powerful result and some of the videos say “this video gets to your DNA”.  Yes folks, we can and will heal ourselves and others as our spiritual growth grows and we share the growth.

In our April 30th post of “Belief System / Spiritual Tools / Books” we mentioned a five volume set of books named ‘Life and Teaching of the Masters of the Far East.”  In volume 1 page 30 we found a description of how we can transform ourselves to grow young instead of old.  We started practicing the following recently and if you chose to join us on this journey we welcome all.

“Age is but a shell within which lies the gem of reality – the jewel of youth.”

Practice acquiring the consciousness of child-hood.  Visualize the Divine Child within.  Before falling asleep suggest to your consciousness, “I now realize that there is within me a spiritual joy-body ever young, ever beautiful.  I have beautiful, spiritual mind, eyes, nose, mouth, skin – the body of the Devine Infant, which now, tonight, is perfect.”  Repeat this affirmation and meditate upon it quietly while falling asleep.  Upon rising in the morning suggest to yourself aloud, “Well dear (addressing yourself by name), there is a divine alchemist with-in.”  By the spiritual power of these affirmations during the night a transmutation takes place and the unfolding from within, the Spirit, has saturated this spiritual body and spiritual temple.  The inner alchemist has cause dead and worn-out cells to fall and the gold of new skin to appear with perpetual health and loveliness.  Truly divine love in demonstration is eternal youth.  The divine alchemist is within my temple, constantly coining new and beautiful baby cells.  The spirit of youth is within my temple – this humane form divine, and all is well. Om Santi!  Santi! Santi! (Peace!  Peace!  Peace!)

There is more that talks about learning to smile like a child and affirm “Within me there is a perfect form – the form Divine.  I am now all that I desire to be. I visualize daily my beautiful being until I breathe it into expression!  I am a Divine Child; all my needs are being now and forever supplied!”

Belief System – A Celebration of a Miracle

We invite all of you to join us in a victory over depression by my niece Stella (Fake Name).  She has brought joy to our soul and we consider her our spiritual mentor so rejoice might be a better word.  This is a great example of someone not settling for medication and working with her doctor figuring out the cause and the cure AND she bravely documented her journey on Facebook.  Yes bravely, because it sometimes takes guts to admit depression, which seems common these days and we can say we have had depression/ anxiety issues over the years.  Stella chose to document her journey on Facebook and because she has a huge following, her message will resonate throughout the Universe.  Stella has written a testimonial and sent me a copy.

 Stella Testimonial:

Every day I wake up and can’t believe how great I feel!  Within the first month of working with Dr. A my life-log, debilitating “depression” was cured.  Through labs she uncovered what my doctors never even looked for, but tried to medicate anyway.  It was not depression at all, but gut imbalances and food sensitivities that caused symptoms of depression and anxiety.

We are celebrating Stella’s miracle and our soul has been singing joyfully since we hear the news yesterday.  Just prior we went over to Facebook to see what’s up.  We rarely go there, but it’s a good way to see what’s going on with our family spread all over this country.  I noticed that Stella’s wording to her posts had changed to a happy font(?).  We could feel her energy was amazing and thought maybe we should give Stella’s Mom a call.  We did and that is where we received the great news.  Our soul is singing happy songs, yes in Classic Rock like this one “Life’s been Good by Joe Walsh”

See folks, when you set your mind to something and you just “know” you will complete your quest, it happens.  There are no limits to creativity and it’s all in The Universe for you to find and ask for.  Just a simple intent asking for what you require.  Just be clear when you ask and the more details the better chance because The Universe likes details.

Example:  I would sure like to win the lotto.< (vague) I would sure like to win the Jackpot of the Mega Million Lottery next week. <(Detail)  (remember where you got the tip when you win 🙂  )

When we ask for our meditation / healing center we include a full floor plan, a location, the functional details of each of the healing types, how we plan to hire homeless folks and provide food and housing, how we plan to have a dedicated staff for treating “bullying” for all and how we plan to treat all for no charge, only donations. Some of the detail keeps changing so we continue to update our intent.  Our temporary location is here posting and we plan to include some videos on You Tube in the near future.

Belief System / Daily Hints / Daily Challenges

There are events that are everyday occurrences, some we consider negative or an aggravation to you, which eliminates you ever getting to a peaceful life.  We have experienced everything that we are going to describe and we will continue to only describe our experiences.  This is why we all are on this planet!

Way back when we lived in Indiana and working as a software developer we spent a lot of our time driving.  Good old Illinois Toll Road and I-94 were our friends.  There was always a day when we were in a hurry and low and behold there was a traffic jam.  So we would sit there looking at our watch, rolling down our window to try and see what’s ahead, flipping radio channels to see if the reason was there.  In short, getting aggravated waiting.  Prior to getting on the road we happen to be reading one of Marianne Williamson’s books that actually mentioned waiting in line and her suggestion as to how better deal with it.  So here we are and we take three slow deep breaths, relaxing with each breath.  We actually felt relaxed and then we thought “The only big hurry is in our mind.  We will get to where we are going when we get there. Let’s take this time to enjoy these moments and besides, we don’t know the cause of the traffic so why attempt to run every possible cause of traffic jams through your head?  Why not relax and clear your head with a quick meditation, of course stay alert to the traffic because we don’t want to be the cause of people behind us going trough massive aggravations because of our fender bender.  We changed the radio to some rock and roll (Yes we sometimes meditate to classic rock and roll) and enjoyed.  Sure enough, the traffic started moving, showily at first, the up to the limit.  To this day we do the same process except when we see the traffic ahead we send the intention to the “traffic angels” to possibly get the traffic going soon.  Of course, if we get “stuck”, we accept it and enjoy the time until we are motoring along.  This also applies to the people at the other end where we are going.  If someone is late, so be it.  You have no idea why they are late and here is a phrase we use often, “Is the world going to end if….” they don’t show up, we don’t get there quick?  Add what you choose and we find it to be a good alert to pondering the answer depending on the event.

So then when the traffic gets moving we motor along watching the people speed because they think the world is going to end if they don’t get to their destination.  Then some guy cuts you off.  He swerves from the right lane moving to the left missing you by inches and ends up in the far left lane.  Normally we would imaging a mushroom cloud above our head because of the explosion of profanities coming out of our mouth and going into max aggravation mode for several minutes.  This was also in Marianne’s book and we use it all the time.  When we get cut off we say out load “God Bless you!”, “Great job of driving!” That’s it.  No profanity. No aggravation for several minutes. It’s done, let’s move on.

See, in just two examples we have removed many minutes’ even hours of aggravation that we would normally bring on ourselves.  Sometimes we dwell on a simple “cut of” for several hours.  It’s all about changing our thoughts and responses to make a more peaceful and happy life for ourselves.  Remember if you’re on RT 101 going north to San Francisco and you get cut off by an Uber driver with a passenger that has white hair and a pony-tail be sure to send blessings to the driver and passenger.

There are also the daily surprises where something doesn’t go the way you expected, like someone was suppose to pick you up and did not show up or they are late.  We used to freak out similar to when someone “cut” us off.  Now first of all we don’t expect anything.  This way if it doesn’t happen then there is no disappointment and if something happens then we welcome it.  Now instead of “freaking out” we welcome the opportunity to create a solution and thank The Universe.  We know The Universe will show us the solution and because we have a clear head, we will know it immediately.  Here is an example that happened a few weeks ago:

We were leaving our doctor appointment and we could not get an Uber signal.  We tried several times and then we moved closer to the parking lot.  Then we called a friend and as we were talking a lady passing by asked “Where are you going?  Maybe I can give you a ride?”.  We told her and she said she wasn’t going that way.  We thanked her and said “God Bless you and have a great day.”  Still taking with our friend, the Uber Signal appeared (10 seconds later), so we hung up and did our Uber Booking.  Here is something else we do and that is when we book an Uber ride we always look forward to enjoying meeting the driver and because we usually ride “pool”, picking up a passenger along the way.  Juts last week we were “Ubering” and we were telling the driver that we were planning a trip to Mount Shasta this summer.  He asked why, and we said “Because it’s a energy vortex area and we plan to do some meditations there and enjoy the energy”.  He looked at us and smiled and said, “I have been looking for a place just like that sine I came to this country.” He immediately wrote the name and said, “I will go there for a day.  Do you want to go with me?”  We said, “Thank you, but we plan to stay longer”.  The point here being, we shared and connected with the driver.  Give sharing with others a shot (“try” is not a word in our vocabulary).  We guarantee you will be surprised.

We admit were hesitant in doing posts about our Belief System and now that we started, we received hundreds of likes, hits, and many new subscribers.  We now know why we started this series and it came to us recently.  In my post about my Near Death Experience, when we were on the other-side and it was so peaceful and calm, and that voice said “We are sending you back, you have many things to complete in your lifetime before you come back here.”  I did beg to stay there, but here we are and we truly believe this is one of the things the voice was talking about.  God Bless every one of you and thank you for allowing our words to be part of you.

Meditation Continued – Practice, Practice, Practice,

At the beginning of this week we felt”off”.  Ever feel good physically, but you feel something is missing or out of sync spiritually.  Usually we have an issue getting out of balance and even though this felt different we did a meditation to get all of our chakra’s in balance.  With getting back in balance complete, we did feel a bit better but the “missing” or “different” feeling was still there.  So we wait a day and then early in the morning we laid down and started a mindfulness meditation and paid specific attention to what thoughts were coming into our mind.  Sure enough it was like a machine gun of thoughts blasting in and even though we kept going back to our breath, it kept up.  Unusual?  Yes, but we have been here before and for us this is when we need remove some serious negative energy.

We have a meditation that we learned during Reiki training that removes negative that is deep down in our spirit.  We are going to describe how we do it, but you might want to develop your own way.

We start a new negative removal video playing “Negative / Toxic energy removal“.

First we take three deep breaths relaxing with each breath.  Then we call some angels for protection because on this meditation when messing with strong negative energy we protect ourselves not only with angels, we visualize a ring of fire around us.  The angels are important in removing negative energy and taking it away.  Then we start a visualization during a mindfulnesses meditation by seeing a hole in front of us and jump in to the hole.  We fall and fall, deeper and deeper.  When we feel the negative energy getting stronger we know we are nearing the end of the fall.  Then all of a sudden we stop and we find ourselves in a huge room with a guardrail circling the room and in the middle is a huge ball of negative energy.  It look like a ball of gooey back tar, bubbling and smelling like the Green Giant sitting on you face and farting.  (Pea Fart)

We call for the angels to start spinning the ball to break the base loose and we push with positive energy with our hands cupped pointing at the ball.  When it breaks loose, the angels carry it away to dispose of it.  Then there is a residue left in a poll and the angels and we focus on the pool moving it to a small ball in the middle and the angels that that away.  With it all removed we focus on filling the void with positive Love energy.  We bring in this energy from the Galactic and Soul Star Chakra’s and when the room is full we send some energy to Mother Earth.  We slowly came out of the meditation, right at the end of the video we started, and we fell GREAT!

WOW! We feel really good and happy we diagnose the weird “missing” feeling.  We then share this great energy boost to everyone in the Universe.

So this is how we get rid of the “crap” way down deep.  In this case it was negative energy that we had taken on after that terrible school shooting in Parkland FL.  We though we did enough to not take it on, but sometimes it gets in.  So this is another way to remove it.

Meditation Notes and stuff

Hopefully we have helped several of you guys, gals, and others out there in cyber-land to start or get on with some deep meditations.  We thank all of you who have clicked on the “like” or become new email subscriber’s.

Starting by using meditation to relieve stress is what we consider the easiest way but then moving on to deeper issues is something that is so individual that we can only describe our path.  The one thing that is common to all of us is to stay within yourself.  The only truth you have is yours and if you stay withing that truth you will move right along.

When we meditate we start by getting relaxed with three deep breathes and then we think about why we are doing the meditation.  For example if we have an issue talking to someone at work, we ask for a way for us to approach that person and create a connection. Note, we ask for a solution for “us”, because we can only “change” us.  (The only way to change others is by your actions).  Once we decide we move on to the meditation and when we get “deep” with complete silence we listen for the answer or at least, get our mind clear so that when we are done and start our day, if the answer comes we will see it.  This is another reason why being in the moment is important.

Even though there are some great video meditations on You Tube, when we pick one for clearing negative energy we don’t depend on the video to clear the energy, we do our own visualization of the negative energy being removed from our body/soul and the angels that dispose of the negative energy coming to take the energy to the disposal plant. (We create our own way for the visualization).

We have read many self-help / spiritual books over the years and collected many meditation structures. Included in our reading are many books about various religions and just like everything we read, we take what feels good and throw away what doesn’t.  We have created our own belief system and it’s now our way of life, mainly based on Buddhism, but not completely.  Sometimes we meditate and use the Catholic Rosary as the focus and we send the energy out too the universe for all to access.  Praying is the same as meditation if you are focused.  For those who attend a church or place of your religion, that is what we call a group mediation and that is powerful.  Even though we  don’t believe in religions, we honor all that do believe.  We are all here to communicate and share our experiences so no matter what you believe we can still talk to each other face to face.

Sit in a circle with a group of friends and meditate on healing each other.  Take turns sitting in the middle of the circle and you will feel the energy.  We have done this many times and it’s an awesome experience.  There have been times when we were in the middle and had to move out because the energy was so strong.  Have fun with what you have learned and pass the experience along. This makes it all that much more fun and promotes our caring for others.
