Thanks to everyone who liked the meditations we post and this one was by far and away the most popular.  Its the early morning short and powerful “start your day” meditation and after a four day holiday where a zillion turkeys were devoured and 20 million gallons of gravy were poured over 100 million pounds of mashed potatoes or spilled on the rug, where 6.5 pounds of string beans were eaten by kids who’s parents go by the “Just three bite” Rule, and where the biggest turkey in The United States of America is the Moron POTUS, who after the official count lost the popular vote to Hillary Clinton.

So lets start this week and every morning with this meditation. When I wake up every morning the first thing I do is push the start button to play this meditation nd start my day with it.

We have nothing to add except American Airlines still sucks and we decided not to fly which is a good thing mainly because we were so contagious with fever that it probably would have spread through the air recycling system ruining the holiday for several passengers who would have been innocent by-standers.  After four straight days in bed and daily Reiki sessions were feeling pretty good.  Thanks to all the well wishes who sent all the cards and emails.  God Bless all of our followers and all of our soon to be followers, we plan to make this coming year interesting.
