Words Matter – Part Two

We did a partial “Words Matter” post many moons ago and we feel like folks need some clarify on some of the words we use in our posts and for the words that define actions.  Clearing up the words to use for the action(s) could help our subscribers in moving forward toward their awesome life skills.  We do care folks.

The word “Intention”:  When we say, “We send out our intentions to the Universe and forget about them.”  It’s the same as praying to God and asking for God to send us something we think we need.  Once we send the “intention” out we forget about it because we know that The Universe/God will get us the answer or comply with what we are requesting.  It might be right away or might take some time.  We might not be ready for the answer yet, but we know that God will only comply when we are ready.  The wording of the “intention” matters and so does how our body feels.  It’s all about mind, body, and spirit being in sync (Balance).  If these three elements are not in balance, then we know that we choose to work on getting all in balance.  This is part of our spiritual growth and we hope yours.  When we speak of a “four body system” it refers to our physical body, emotional body, mental body, and spiritual body combined.  The physical body is where the 12 Chakra’s reside, the emotional body is 8” – 10” away from the physical body, the mental body is 18” – 20” away from the physical body and the spiritual body envelops all around the other three bodies.  Some may call it your “aura”.  We choose to keep all four in sync by removing the negative energy and replacing it with Love energy all the way to the DNA of the Physical body. (This also applies to all your previous lives also).

The wording of an intention:  People create constantly with their moment-by-moment thoughts and feelings, their words and actions, and the internal dialogues in the mind every waking hour.  People may say, I want the perfect body or marriage, but the thoughts and feelings they entertain most of the time do not support their desires.  The words you choose are powerful, and you constantly reinforce their energy with your feelings.  Yet the “words” do not match your feelings.  You might say “I want more money”, but inside you feel poor.  You might want to be involved in a better relationship, but inside you feel like you don’t deserve it and you are not willing to weed out the garden of your soul in order to attract that perfect mate.  You might say “I want a perfect body”, but you do not love yourself.  You do not love your body as it is, and you are not in acceptance of the lessons you are learning with your body n the present form.  The way you use your words and how you feel will determine what you will receive as an answer.  So friends, balance of everything will create a clear mind and then when your words go out in to the Universe, when the answer comes back you will see it.  Note:  From the send to receipt you choose to remain clear and what makes that happen if to be “in the moment”.  Because you are constantly creating affirmations if you say “I am sick an tire of this and that” you are creating very powerful affirmations that return the energies you just mentioned.  When the Universe hears that it give you what you want so you get more of the same.

On our journey we found that changing our thinking was much easier when we choose to use our tools to clear out all the negative energy we held, in this life and previous lives.  This includes all those “tapes” from the past of your parents and friends telling you “you can’t do that”., or “your not smart enough”, or “your to ugly”, or any “put down” that you keep replaying in your head.  This is where to start by eliminating the past and because it’s all an illusion and over and done. Choose to forgive everyone that ever did you “wrong” and mean it, and ask for forgiveness from everyone you did “wrong” down to the soul level.  All the partners you have “dumped” or have “dumped”.  All the friends you have known and any grudge you are currently carrying (Common).  About carrying a grudge, you are giving energy to a “grudge” from 20 years ago when in fact the event of over and the energy has changed to something else, yet you are holding on and this is fogging up your mind, and this could be what is holding you back on the Universe granting your every wish.  (Get it?)

Post note:  Most of the information in this post comes from a book named “The Seven Sacred Flames” by Aurelia Louise Jones and Mahatma I and II.  Both of which we strongly suggest for a great read and awesome tips on how to accomplish getting a clear mind.

Every word matters and where / who it comes from matters.  If you are living in joy then your energy will be amazing to others, yet if you’re not quit there, then the energy will be not quite there.

We did a post about “Fountain of Youth” and part of getting younger is the words you use communicating with others.  Other will “feel” you age by feeling your energy.  Go out and try the various feelings and see what response you get each time.  The one thing we remember from a mentor many moons ago is “Have fun with all of this”.  You decide how fast to grow and the harder you work will determine your growth, or maybe one day you will think “I wish to be enlightened now” and you will be in an instant.  Remember everyone is perfect in God’s eyes.

We have nothing else to report except to suggest going back to mother posts that have anything to do with “belief system” and our words that describe “how too”.  Remember the “how too” is our energy at that time and because yours might be different then take what “feels good” to you and move on.  This is something we have done in every book we have read,. Every lecture we have attended, every TV show we have watched, and every other tool we have received information about.

Belief System / Meditation / Notes and Hints

We are following up on our last post because several folks asked us to clarify whet we meant be getting rid of the past memories to get to the “now”.

Interesting because this was our biggest challenge and once we got past the challenge everything fell into place.

What to get rid of is making decisions in the “now” based on decisions from the past.  When you made a decision in the past it immediately changed and is no long valid in the “now”.  In our “Quit Smoking “post there are several examples.  Hers is one, in the past when we were working and came to a decision that required some thought, we would go have a cigarette to think it over.  When that decision scenario happens now, the past solution is no longer valid so we stop, take three deep breaths and “in our head” we welcome the urge for a cigarette and say to the “thought/urge” you can hang around if you choose, but we are going to do a mindfulness meditation for the next few minutes.  The “urge” passes and because we treated it by creating a new solution, the next time a decision is needs the urge no longer comes.

More important is anything you are hanging on to in the past, like anger over a divorce or you best friend running off with your girl friend or an argument that you want to be “right” about and are constantly think about these in the now, so you are giving energy to an Illusion.  As long as you continue to give energy by thinking about the situation from the past, then you will be chasing the “now” because you stuck in the past.  We happen to know someone who is still holding a grudge from 1999 and making major decisions based on that situation, when in fact everything about the situation has changed in the “now” reality.  He is still stuck back in 1999 and we have moved on, but we understand that it’s his choice and we honor his choice.  We have forgiven him and continue to pray for him, but we have moved on.  Anything you are hanging on to in the past only you can resolve the situation.  Forgive your ex-girlfriend and of ex-wife and the guy that might have run taken them away from you.  Forgive your mom for spanking you in front of your friends.  Forgive your fourth grade buddy who passed your love note on to that cute blonde girl in your class when he in fact said he would not.  Anything you can that you are hanging on to in the past that requires you to take action to clear it from your mind.  You will feel a huge weight have been lifted when you complete each and finally you will feel freedom.  You can use mediation and visualization to complete this task, because you only have yourself and The Universe to answer too.  Being true to your self is mandatory.  If you’re living a lie then or still stuck in the past, then the “now” will be a constant chase.

Do keep the good times and be sure to share with others, but don’t dwell or live anything from the past.  Remind yourself that your only reality is “Now” and the past and future are both illusions. Know and trust that The Universe will show and guide you on your path.

We talk abut achieving a clear mind and when you get to the “now” and maintain being in the “now” your mind will be clear.  Why do you wish to have a clear mind?  It’s because when The Universe presents you with a solution of an intent that your requested a month or two ago, you will see it or know it.  Let’s say your mate dumped you a few months ago and you asked (Intent) The Universe for a mate that is of the same mindset as you.  So today you are catching a plane at SFO and you’re making your way to the gate though a huge crowd when your eyes meet another person in the crowd and fireworks go off in your head and you just know “this is my future girl/boy friend”.  Now your eyes can only meet if your head is not staring at your IPhone. The Universe is coming through, but you’re not doing your part by playing “Candy Crush”.  Got it?

Maintain a clear mind by getting rid of everyday negative energy, be mindful of what you say and how you say it, keep your Chakra’s in balance, share your experiences with others, and have fun with the “new” you.  It does take some work, but the growth and living in bliss by far is one of the greatest rewards.  Being creative and sharing with others is why we are here.  Everything you dream about is here for you.  Do the work and go find it.  The journey will constantly amaze you and you will grow beyond your wildest dreams.

Jin Shin Jyutsu -Healing with Energy

My friend has been going through this treatment for a few weeks and the mucus in his lungs is completely gone along with some other aches and pain.  I talked to my friend before the treatment and he sounded like he had a sever chest cold and I even thought, maybe I should go see him.

Seems there are licensed people that do this treatment, but it seems to work for individuals.  A Google search provided us some practitioners in our area.

I woke up Sunday morning with a clogged head and nasal drip. I held my ring finger for five minutes and it all cleared up! Yes! Gone and I was amazed.

Following Dreams continued

This post is dedicated to Uber Drivers Edgar and Luizpaulo, passenger Charles/Albert, the young lady I met in the 401 Quarry lobby with the green hair, and Erin (Awesome), all of these people I had an awesome conversation with.  Well, not the green haired young lady, all I said to her was “Great hair color!”.  I need to ask Edgar if he assisted that young lady that looked like she was needing a ride when he drooped me off?

So the conversation was “Following Dreams”, and “Meditation”.  We all shared our experiences and had a good time.  I learned from each and they all seem to be following their dreams.  This is what I believe life is all about and I talk about it all the time.  The “Face-to-face” meeting people and having a good time is the best medicine.  With the deluge of information in this day and age is sometimes overwhelming to others and meeting people and sharing that it the same for everyone seems to lift the stress off and we feel like we are part of something bigger.

Meditation is a great way to ease stress, but I believe that once we master that, the next challenge is to find out what is causing the stress and learn how to remove the cause from our lives.  This is where I go with my meditations, not only for stress, but for everything in my life that I feel negative energy.  First I meditate to keep my head clear and that way when something comes along that “does feel right” I notice and make a mental note to ponder what happen and how to handle the experience next time.  With a clear head I also notice the positive experiences that get my attention and I thank the Universe for all that they do and share the feeling with everyone.  The point is to notice, and the way to get to that point is to meditate.

I start my day immediately when I get out of bed with a this morning meditation “Morning meditation” that is nine minutes and you can just listen or go about your morning duties.  I grab a cup of coffee and then close my eyes, take three deep breaths, and relax for a few minutes to decide which of the meditations I have saved to listen to.  Maybe its something I have been pondering or I have several clearing negative energy video meditations saved.  Because I am in touch with Chakra’s being a Reiki Healer, I have some awesome video meditations saved and I make sure to keep my Chakra’s in balance.  Then because I believe we can cure some of our aches and pains I have some video meditations that are for healing myself at the DNA level, cell level, and body in general.  Sometimes I randomly pick one, it depends on what the moment holds.

I subscribe to “Meditative Mind” on You Tube and when I get a new video meditation each day if it “rings positive” I make sure to send it out to my friends that I have on a phone list and send out the link via “Message”.  (Note to self – automate)

When I talk to some of my friends about meditation some say that “I don’t have the time.” Then I say, “choose to have the time.” When they say that they will not have the time because the ego will make sure they don’t have the time and they they will be right.  When they “choose” the are making a contract with themselves to complete the task.  Words are important, especially when we are talking to ourself.  Another word is “Try”, replace with “Choose”, or “I will”.   Many self-help books discuss these actions.

When I look at my book library I see the progression of my journey as I have read various books in the order of my growth.  Of course there have been highs and lows.  I am grateful for both the highs and lows.  The lows are opportunities to learn and grow. There have been times we have faced the fear and found the other-side to be slam dunk awesome.  Something I have learned is when something amazing comes my way we make sure to mentally send the energy out to everyone that is and every will be.

When we go out and about our intention is for a party to break out with whomever we interact with, even if it just a smile and a wave. Have fun with it and enjoy.

Meditation – Misc Stuff

Right off we want to say to the reader that anything we say here take with a grain of salt.  We are sharing our experience and if something we say doesn’t sit well with you then forget it or figure out a different way of doing something. For example, when we first started reading about meditation most of the “so-called experts” said to sit cross-legged, back straight, head tilted slightly done, hand in lap, and thumb and point finger touching.  This position made my back hurt after several minutes, or we would be concentrating on keeping a correct position that we could not focus.

“Our #1 suggestion – your meditation position is whatever position you feel comfortable in.”

I changed to sitting in a chair with my feet planted on the floor and my arms where they felt good, usually on my lap. My feet on the floor gave me grounding and if we were passing healing energy through our body we made sure to send some healing energy to mother earth through our Foot Chakra.  Mother Earth gets enough abuse by the inconsiderate anti-earth people she can use all the healing energy we can send. Most of the time we place my hands open on my upper legs so to complete a “circuit” of energy flow. These days we are usually sending energy throughout our body or to someone else who has asked for some Reiki Healing Energy.  If you’re not using energy then just get comfortable, even by laying down.  There are no rules, nothing is etched in stone.  If you wish to hang from a chandelier, then hang from the chandelier if that makes you comfortable.

The videos we post are to be used as assistance to your meditation.  We focus on the sound and choose to become one with the sound when fully focused. Which means the sound is effortlessly flowing though our body along with the energy we are sending.  If the video distracts you then don’t use it.  When we first started we focused on the flame of a candle, or a light down up in the sky, or just about anything that caught our eye.  Or just close your eyes, it’s as simple as that. Visualization is a big part of some meditations so closing your eyes helps in the beginning.

Now sitting there reading this take a deep breath, no so deep you pass out, but a fairly deep breath.  When you let the breath out feel the tension in your body flowing out with your breath.  Breath in positive energy and sit for a few seconds enjoying the release of tension.  Then take another deep breath and let go more tension. Feel it gushing out of your body and enjoy the feeling.  No one more and this time get ride of the tension in your shoulders on the out breath.  Yes, feel it leaving and taking what was left out of your body.  Sit an relax.  Nice huh?  So out breath goes the negative energy and the in breath is positive energy (we use love).  This is the basics of a mindfulness meditation process.  Normally breath and focus on the in-breath and out-breath.  When we say focus you choose to get to a point where that is all that is, your breath in and out.  We call this “being in the moment, nothing else exists.  The past and the future are illusions and this is our only reality.” We are deep in to our soul level and totally at peace with all there is.  Starting out you might not get deep in, but practice the breathing.  If during the breathing a thought come to mind.  Notice the thought, sit with it, because you know it will pass shortly as most thoughts do, and when it passes continue breathing.  If it does not pass, what we do is talk to it.  Yes we talk to the thought basically to recognize it or some might say to honor it.  Our purpose is determine why it is visiting us and just about every-time once we determine why it moves on and does not come back.

This is how we handled all the urges to smoke when we quit smoking.  The thought was an urge to smoke based on a certain event, and we basically greeted the urge and said to the urge “We usually go smoke a cigarette when you come along but today we are going to continue our breathing meditation.  You are welcome to hang around, but we will not pay any attention to you.”  After a few seconds the urge would pass and the next time the same event that triggered the urge came along we did not get the urge to smoke.   (It’s been 4 years and 10 months since our last cigarette)  See out quit smoking post for more.

This is all for today and we urge you all out there in cyber-land to practice every chance you get.  If you are driving be sure not to close your eyes, but you can still breath and when the police pull you over for swerving and have to take the DUI sobriety test, you can laugh at yourself BUT be sure to stay in the moment.

Meditation – My Healing Experience

I have been meditating for over forty years and in the beginning it was fairly simple straightforward visualization sometimes to music or focus on an object.  Since then meditation has grown in acceptance and the availability to various types of meditation has also grown.  These days I have found that the best variety of meditation videos are on YouTube.com I subscribe to meditative Mind because their videos are unique and combine frequency, music, and color.  I believe that the frequency (Hz) is important because it gets down to the DNA Level of healing.  Before sound it more up to the person to visualize the movement of energy down to the DNA level.

Because we are a Reiki Level II Practitioner we found YouTube.com has some great Reiki Chakra clearing videos which include detail descriptions of each of the Chakra’s as the video plays.  We meditate on the chakra’s fifty percent of the time mainly because we have the experience of self-healing a five years ago when a question came up as to whether we would need Chemotherapy or not. I add two CT Scans and they saw nodules in my lungs small at first and then a little larger on the second scan. So they decided to wait three months and take another scan to decide the direction we need to go.  My doctor explained that after smoking for 50+ years this was common and that we should probably do some research on Chemo because he was leaning toward that as the result, not guaranteed, but strong possibility.  Form that day forward we did a Reiki meditation and prayed every night (3 months) until the day of the scan. I had the CT scan and the very next day my doctor called and I had to sit down to answer the call. I pick up the phone and the first this I heard was my doctor saying “You can fire me! You don’t need me anymore!”. I said “What!?” and he said “The nodules are all so small and some are gone since the last scan”.  He admitted that he was complete surprised but added that I had a 2% chance of this being the outcome.  After we finished dancing around our chair in total joy we now go for a check up every year and the results remain the same to this day.

Another instance was back in the late 80’s to the mid 90’s we had a several case of Panic Anxiety and were put on strong medication and we made up our minds that is was not going to be the norm for us and eventually we because medication free and we believe it was because we meditated every day for the last three years.

One other use of mindfulness meditation is on my post about quitting smoking. We use the meditation to get past the urges to smoke a cigarette and every time after that when the same situation came up the urge was gone.

We would strongly suggest learning Mindfulness Meditation  and we did at the Insight Meditation Center in Redwood City, CA. They teach based on Buddhism and it applies to mind, physical, and spiritual is every day use. They also have all their teachings in audio on their website at no charge.  Here is the link “Insight Meditation Center” the go to Audio Dhama.  There are some hospitals around the country that have Mindfulness Meditation courses available for a fee and Google has a free an on-line course and they actually have a Mindfulness Guru on staff (I want this job).
