Our Head Cold Remedy and How to Kick Up Your Energy

Cold Remedy:

We quit smoking seven years ago and we have not had any kind of a head cold or plain cold since then.  When we were smoking we had a major head cold about every few months, so of course quitting smoking is a must.  But seven years is a long time and we even have medications that lower our immune system, yet we have not had a cold.  So here is our secret and we are sharing it because we wish all of you to be head cold free. Please feel free to send this to all your friends, family, strangers, aliens, and others.

The key is to keep your nasal passages clean. Breathing though your nose collects dust and germs’ so cleaning is a must.  When we feel a tiny nasal drip we kick into action.  You’re probably thinking “Nettie Pot” and we have talked to others that get great results from a Nettie Pot, but sticking the spout of a pot up our nose and squirting “stuff” up into our nasal passages is right up there with an enema, so we pass on that and go natural.

First we get a box of soft tissues like Kleenex, but any kind will do, even toilet paper.  We sit in a comfortable chair and start up our ancient desk top and go to You Tube.  Search for “Ellen Teacher Moments” and a list will come up.  “The Ellen” Show has been our favorite since her beginning and the great things she does for people, especially teachers, families needing help, and heroes in general.  So we have a list of her amazing action and from the first one we watch we start to mist up.  Tears start flowing because we can feel the joy in our heart and we especially like the surprise the people feel.  Then on the second one, the mist turns to full blown tears and the nasal passages begin to fill and the joy flows throughout our body.  Then buy the third we let go and plain cry and laugh at the surprised people.  Our nose is flowing like fire-hose squirting water on a fire.  We watch three or four more Ellen videos and our nasal passages have been cleaned from the emotions just watching her help people.   The cars, cash, supplies for schools in need, young talented folks getting help because they created funds for other people in need, people in “Pay Back” mode and feeding the homeless and or others needing the help.  All the awesome stories and Ellen ending by saying “Be kind”.  Great words that we live by.  We have clean nasal passages and have learned some way to help people.  We do take notes for later use.  So to Ellen we say “Ellen you not only helped all those people, but you also are keeping us head cold free and the tissue companies in business!”

Kick Up Your Energy:

When we go out and about we know ahead of time we are about to meet awesome people wherever we go.  Right off we know we are going to get a Lyft driver that we must talk to and learn from.  We seem to connect with each driver from the moment we enter the car.  Because we once drove for Uber we exchange stories and because we get hints from other drivers we pass on that information.  Then we usually start trading personal information and life experiences.  What’s interesting is before we go out we are usually thinking about a subject like the last time we were thinking about going on a cruise or renting an RV and touring the west.  About ten minutes before we left we heard a storey about how the major cruise lines don’t have life guards at the pools and many children have drowned and people do fall off the ship and drown, but the cruise lines never report these events because they fly a flag from a different country than the US.  They don’t even report assaults’ or robberies, so we decided we could wait on a cruise until we can afford a body guard.  Then off we went and the guy driving the car says “As soon as my wife retires we are going to buy a RV and tour the country.  I have been researching this for months.” Bingo!  RV rental!  So we get our answer and discussed the best way to look up what we need and where we wish to go.  The ride seemed like 5 minutes instead of the normal 30 minutes.  We exchanged phone numbers and will keep in touch.  Then when we get out of the car we always say Hello to other people and always say “Have a great day!”  All these connections kick up our energy and hopefully the people we talk to.  Just “Be Kind” and you will get it back ten times more.  Changing a frown to a smile on someone’s face is a great feeling for both of us.  Our goal is to show people they are not alone, we are all connected.  We would like all people to be happy and living a life they choose to live in joy and bliss.  It’s so simple, all we do is choose our life and take action to what we choose.  Send the Universe out intention (in detail) and then forget it knowing it will come to use when we are ready.  Everything is out there for us so go get it!

We have nothing else to report and we are happy to say we are on a cool path to healing so we can RV across the country next spring.  We still have plenty to do, but it’s easy with the help of our guardian angels and Spirit Guides.  They seem to aim us in the perfect direction.

God bless all of you and your families.  Get out there and kick up your energy and see how you can make a difference in the world.  Change a frown to a smile on someone and start a conversation.  They might have a few answers for you or visa versa.  Don’t judge, just do it.

2018 Olympics in PyeongChang South Korea – Day 3

So today seems to be Womens’s Hockey Day and since we don’t like watching men’s hockey, no way we are going to watch Japan VS Sweden Women’s Hockey preliminary round.  Of course there is always Curling but the only curling we want to see is at a hair salon.

So were were channel surfing and saw an awesome NBC Interview with Chris Mazder, the USA history making Luge athlete that won the Silver Medal.  Chris is in a state of bliss! Just watching and listening to him makes us feel great.

This is how we wish everyone could feel and we can because we have the choice to feel the bliss!  The minute you wake up in the morning right when you open your eyes say to yourself “Today I will live in bliss!”. Then, quoting Nike, “Just do it!”. Keep reminding yourself that you are in bliss and after a few days of practice you won’t need to remind yourself, you will be there.  Of course there might be a few rough times, but know that you will face the tough and get through to your bliss.  Look st Chris in the above picture, he is so happy he is in tears of happiness.  In his interviews you can hear his bliss when he talks.  And guess what, this is what we have been seeing from every athlete at the Olympics.  It’s great watching and hearing that the Olympic energy is kick butt great.

We feel like we have been assigned the NBC viewer reviewer, because every time we watch an event we find mistakes.  This morning we were watching Women’s 1500 meter speed skating and when Brittany Bowe took first place NBC Tom Hammond became enamored with Brittany so much that on the next race he called the Cezh  Republic skater Brittany Bowe.  His partner quickly covered his butt buy correcting the error.  Brittany’s time got bettered as a few other racers did better, but Tom kept making references to Brittany Bowe.  NBC might consider sending Tom to a Brittany Bowe’s addiction class in Siberia.

So we will probably watch Olympic Prime Time and if there is something that we think needs reporting like, Pence and Adam Rippon making up, or a Curling athlete tossing the “stone” at record breaking speed, or Shaun White doing the Men’s Half-Pipe Snowboard dressed in only a red-white-blue “speed-o”, we will surely report it.

We have nothing else to report except to congratulate Gabrielle in the awesome “slime” creations she has created.
