New Journey – More Medical Stuff Found (No biggie)

A few weeks ago we were at an appointment with our Rheumatologist and we were telling het that our thighs feel like they are tingling and if we exert ourselves they feel like they are on fire.  She ask us what did we think was causing this?  We said “We guess the Ortho-Static Hypotension.”  She said, “No it’s not that.  It is something that has to do with your back. You better make an appointment with your primary care doctor, which we did right then.  We discussed the symptoms with our primary care doctor (We don’t put her name because she is awesome and she might get over-run with new patients that we could not get another appointment with her)  She scheduled an MRI and X-Ray of our lower back lumbar spine.  So off we went and when the day came went to get the MRI and X-ray.

We have not gone through an MRI for years and when we had to fill out the pre-exam form we remembered that it was loud and cramped.  Cramped being that they slide you into a long tube with ear plugs and several towels wrapped around your head covering your ears.  From what we understand that if you are uncomfortable in close places or you flat out have claustrophobia they can administer you something to relax you.  We don’t have that fear so we made a point to close our eyes and start a mindfulness meditation and when the noise began we became one with all the various sounds.  (Just so you know when you are fully in the tube your face is about two inches from the tube side).  Our test took twenty minutes and we meditated through the entire time and felt great when we got out.  Prior to the MRI we did get the x-ray and that took about 10 minutes.  He said to check in with your primary care doctor in a few days.

Sure enough because we have the Stanford My Health “AP” the test results came though there along with notes from our primary care doctor.  The results were “you have a cyst and some lower nerve compression.”  The results were sent to the ortho-spine doctors for further review.  They said that surgery would not be required but a consultation needs to be made to discuss the best way to proceed for a cure.  We have an appointment next week and part of the discussion will be if the cyst needs to be drained.  From what we understand there are non-invasive treatments for everything we have discussed so far.  (Just another opportunity on our journey )

The odd thing about this is when I told several friends many of them have the same symptoms and are seeing a doctor about them.  Some have tingling in lower calves or entire leg.  We did have severe cramping on our calves but we cure that with mindfulness mediation a long time ago.  We have started a series of intense meditations to heal the cyst and nerves by using meditations that rebuild cells back to when we were born.  We also do meditations that change our DNA to eliminate this “issue”.  Just three hours a day and we focus healing energy on the cyst and nerves for an hour and then our entire body from head to toe, and end with a cleaning of our aura.  We send long distance healing energy to many of our friends and now we will add ourselves to the “send”.

We have been following a site where we know we can get an upbeat felling every time we visit.  The site is authored by a teacher in Sweden and she has some really great comments. The Name of the site is “joypassiondesire” <<Click on name.  Here is the link to the meditation video we are listening to right this very moment.  < The You Tube Video we are listening to link   >

We have completely switched over to Lyft from Uber because of the Uber issue which they admitted they have issues with a client when the client has more than one phone.  We told them to cancel the other account and said we will be switching to Lyft.  So far Lyft is basically the same as Uber but we like the application better because it informs you every step of the way when your car is coming and it seems to be cheaper then Uber.  We will be reporting soon as we build some time on our rides.  By the way one of the “bitches” about Lyft is they are slow and if this was true then when we call for our last ride we hooked up in two minutes.  Slow?  We do not think so.

So my friends we hope all is great with all of you and we continue to send blessings to all of you.  You probably received some when we were in the MRI have our test.  They might have been loud so we apologize for the noise.  Thank you all for supporting our site and please take a minute to either hit the “like” button or subscribe. We welcome all.

We have nothing else to report except that we have started researching the trip to France and have added Italy, Norway, Sweden, and England.  We are still open to find a guide that knows all these countries.
