Verizon Email – “Consider Yourself Connected” (07/02/2019) NOT

As you all know from my posts last week that my phone went dead and after some pondering we came to the conclusion that it was time for a new beginning.  Initially we ere going to go with T-Mobile or Apple, but because we had the other phone for 10 years with Verizon, but on an account that was not ours and we wanted our own, so we went with Verizon.  So this weekend we got on line and after looking at the Verizon phones decided to get one and we went though all the paces with the “on-line” chat agent.  We verified with the agent that we would get deliver on July 2, 2019 and they said for sure, that’s the two day GUARANTEE!

Today Tuesday July 2, 2019 we checked the mail-box and the grounds around the house and guess what >>>> “NO PHONE DELIVERY!!”  As of 8:00 PM tonight still “NO PHONE DELIVERY

We did get the “Receipt of Payment” and the “Order Number” email but we NEVER got an email with the tracking number of the delivery.  Wearier in the day we went to the on-line chat and asked about the tracking number and they said to log in.  So we attempted to log in and we kept getting a message that “Phone Number *********” is not on our system” but it was at the top of the “Consider Your Connected” email?  Then we attempted to register as new and the site asked for a “pin number’ but we had set one up when we were placing the order.  We put in that pin and then we received a message that said “We have sent a message to your phone for verification”.  They sent a message to a phone WE DID NOT RECEIVE TODAY ARGH!!!  We tried for two hours but we were caught in a “catch 22” and could net get any kind of answer except at the end we got a message “We are experiencing technical difficulties”, “Place call “1800*******”  <<<<HOW???  No PHONE TO CALL 800!”

We have been getting messages from our doctors asking when we were getting a phone and we of course told them all today!  We have an issue that needs a x-ray and MRI because it feels like we have an “ice-pick” through our thighs which is attributed to having a pinched nerve in our lower back and both test are for lower back.  So now we don’t only have what feels like an “ice-pick” in our thighs, we have a “pain-in-the-butt” called Verizon.

10:00 PM Time to sleep) and still no PHONE DELIVERY!   We did feel some stress coming but we meditated to get rid of that thought.  Felt much better afterwards.

The “pissed” emotion popped up and we again meditated and felt better.  Now we are having the thought “Call or get on-line with T-Mobile” and tomorrow first thing in the morning we will get on with that thought.  We have heard some great things about T-Mobile so let’s take some action.

What a way to start a new account with Verizon?  It taste like they treat all senior citizens this way?  T-Mobile does have discounts for senior citizens, but not Verizon.

So folks BEWARE of Verizon promises especially if you live in a populated area where they get confused with deliveries.  If we lived in Greenland we might have received our phone as PROMISED by VERIZON.

Its 10:00 PM and “STILL NO PHONE” so “DAY THREE!” Starts in two hours. “ZzzzzzzZZzzzzz”

Thank to all of you who stopped by and “BUYER BEWARE WITH VERIZON!”  We have nothing else right now but we will follow up on the results of this nonsense with VERIZON.  You know, that company named Verizon who guarantees 2 day delivery on phone orders.   Yeah that one!
