Relieving Physical Pressure / Stress & Stuff

For about three years we have been feeling a physical pressure, and we noticed because this was when the last urges of smoking had passed and we were on our way to be a non-smoker.  By the way, it’s been five and ½ years we have not had a cigarette and at the 5 years mark we officially became a non-smoker.  Anyway, we initially thought the pressure was because we had gained a few pounds so we purchased some new pants and shirts.  This did help somewhat, but there was still something we could not pin point.  So we thought lets see where this goes because it’s not a life stopper.  Well, about six months ago we had “in your face” pressure and it started affecting our sleep so we became hell bent on figuring it out. Starting with some in depth meditations, which we did clear some negative energies, but did not get to what we were looking for.  So we decided to make a huge change in apparel and after sixty years of wearing briefs (Underwear) we ordered boxers.

Oh My God!!  FREEDOM!  We just received our order and as soon as we put on the boxers we knew this was it.  Fruit of the Loom we love you!!!  Walmart, you saved our life!!  Life is good my friends, yes it is very good.  Obviously we are easily pleased and that’s where we want to be.  When the little (HUGE) things make us happy we know we are going in the right direction.  Not only did we achieve comfortable underwear we cleans up some really deep down negative energy and constant wedgies.

Since we were on a roll we have been putting off a spiritual exercise that seemed to be a tough one, but when we went to the DMV we met two Buddhist Monks in the waiting area and discussed doing a silence retreat for several days.  Okay, your probably wondering what two Monks were in the DMV for?  They were there to get their “Real ID” that is required for everyone by 2010.  The fact that there were two monks and we happened to be there at the same time is a product of The Universe responding to our concerns.  So we did the retreat and it was beyond amazing.  The timing was perfect and we found out more about ourselves and where we are going on our journey.  When we completed it we felt much lighter because we released all the stuff that was hanging around deep down and replaced it with God energy.  We also did the meditations we have been talking about sending Mother Earth and the world God Energy.  Every time we overcome “fear” it works out amazing.  Yes, we forget, and eventually figure it out.  The biggest surprise was the Monks both had I-Phones.  We asked and they said they used Uber to get around.  They did show us some pictures from Tibet that was really cool.  We plan to go there in our next life.

We have received a few emails asking about what we mean about clearing the past.  For starters we suggest you turn on some meditation music that will get you relaxed, and start a visualization where you start thinking about every time in you past where you got pissed (Mad) at someone or pissed off someone because of your action.  If someone pissed you off, then forgive them, sincerely forgive them.  If you pissed off someone, then ask their forgiveness and know that they forgive you.  Now when you start it will be easy remembering most, but as you progress you might start thinking your almost done, and that is when you go deep down to that snot nosed little boy in first grade that always pulled you pony tail, that senior in high school that stood you up your freshman year, that time your brother short sheeted you, the nun in your second grade class that made you put you head on the desk for two hours because you were talking, those people in the elevator that laughed at you when you loudly farted, and be sure to both forgive and ask forgiveness from your parents overall.  This exercise will probably be ongoing for a long time and that is good.  Stuff will pop into you mind and you will become used to reacting to it.  As you do each, be sure to fill the area of guilt that you have released with love energy.  You will feel the lightness and notice the clarity in your mind as you continue.

There of course will still be stuff left behind and what we do is ask our guides or angels to remind us of those events. What we do with the memories that we wish to keep for future reference, is we put them in a “packed” area of our brain.  It’s like when we used to put files in “zip” files to compress the data so we can manage smaller files.  Same with the memories which are actually files of thoughts.  Like when mom kissed your boo-boo when you fell or dad gave you the thumbs up when you hit that home run, or when God smiles when you help that senior citizen across the street, stuff like that.

Above all, be sure to share all your experiences with others and create that connection that we all are here for.  Like one of our teachers always told us, “Have fun with it.”  After we received our Reiki Level II initiation we noticed increased energy and when driving we would stare at the car in front of us.  We would zero in on the driver and see if we could get them to turn their head to the left, or go for the toughie, get them to look up.  Just have fun.

We have nothing else to report except to thank all of our friends and all of you who are participating in the “Mother Earth” Meditation Project.  We are making progress.  By the way have you noticed that the Vatican has NOT addressed the issue in PA?
