SPAM Mail from Herschel / Tea Party Update

If you are a user of WordPress then you will know what we are talking about when it comes to clearing the “SPAM” from your site.

For those who are not, on WordPress there is a link to go for clearing the SPAM emails from your blog.  You can either click the “Clear all SPAM” button or you can clear each one individually, or you can clear selected posts.

We usually hit the “Clear all SPAM” button, but once in awhile we scan through the SPAM emails just to see what we are getting in the form of SPAM.  Recently we noticed that instead of each SPAM email just attempting to sell you something or send you to a link the “spammers” have been adding a quote or a cute saying proceeding before they pitch you on the link to sell you something.

The other day we found this one from Herschel and because it gave us a chuckle we thought we would pass it on:
“Today was a good day. I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn’t work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness. Today was one of those days to be remembered. “

Following this cute quote Herschel went on with the usual yada-yada, blah-blah verbiage to send us to a link.

Gabrielle’s 2nd Annual Back to School Tea Part Update

The Second Annual Gabrielle Tea Party yesterday was a huge success.  We dumped the original menu and went with chicken tenders, chicken nuggets, and Turkey with Cheddar Croissant sandwiches for the main course with Cupcakes for desserts.  Option drinks were hot chocolate w/Marshmallow, water, Milk, and Apple Juice.  A great time was had by all that attended.  There were magic tricks, face painting, and many other activities for several hours after all the Tea had been consumed.

We have nothing else to report at this time.
