So You Think You Can Dance – Season 7 Top 8 Results

Tonight the bottom three dancers will be asked to perform a solo called “dance for your life” and the judges will decide who will be asked to leave the show.

The judges tonight are Nigel Lithgoe, Adam Shankman, and Mia Michaels.

The bottom three dancers tonight were Alex (Because of his injury), Billy, and Ashley (Shocker!  Hey America, you got this one wrong! The girl can dance!).

Cut from the top 8 tonight was Alex.  This came because of the injury Alex has is going to require surgery and at least three months of rest.  Needless to say, but we are saying it anyway, Alex is really going to be missed this season.  However, Nigel invited Alex back next year and we are looking forward to when he returns.

As we say to all the departing contestants, “To Alex we send our congratulations for making the Top 8 and even though you are leaving tonight, “Let nothing stand in your way as you continue your journey to complete your dream

Tonight’s Highlights:

Anya and Pasha (All Stars) partnered for the first time and did an awesome Cha-Cha routine.

The cast from “In the Heights” did a routine from the show.

Natasha Bedingfield performed her new single with the SYTYCD All Star dancers as backup.

Don’t forget July 31st is going to be National Dance Day for everyone in America and we hope the entire universe will join all of us in the dancing.  A routine has been created for all of us to dance too on that day.  The routine is available at the Dizzy Feet Foundation .

We have nothing else to report except to ask all visitors on this site to click on the “Social Vibe” widget on the right side bar and help feed the children of the world.  Hey it’s FREE!  Give it a shot and do your part plez-z-z-z-z-z-z.
